Objectives of the Association

The Association is established as a Society under the Himachal Pradesh Societies Registration Act, 2006, to promote the welfare, professional development, and interests of vocational trainers and skill development in Himachal Pradesh.

Welfare & Professional Growth

To promote the social welfare, professional growth, and skill development of vocational trainers and teachers of Himachal Pradesh engaged in regular, contractual, outsourced, VTP, or PPP modes.

Recognition & Dignity

To work for the professional recognition, dignity, capacity building, and well-being of vocational trainers, and create awareness of their contribution to skill development in Himachal Pradesh.

Welfare Support

To provide lawful assistance and welfare support to members and their families in hardship, illness, accident, or death, including creation of a Members' Welfare Fund.

Training & Capacity Building

To organise seminars, workshops, training programmes, educational tours, and capacity-building activities for the professional development of members, trainers, and students.

Guidance & Recognition

To provide guidance, counselling, mentorship, scholarships, awards, and recognition to members, deserving students, and professionals in vocational education and skill development.

Skill Development Promotion

To promote and strengthen vocational education, skill development, employability, entrepreneurship, and lifelong learning in Himachal Pradesh with active participation of members.

To coordinate with Central and State Governments, Samagra Shiksha, NSDC, CBSE, PSSCIVE, NCERT, AICTE, Boards, Institutions, and Industries for effective vocational education programmes.

To establish networking and knowledge-sharing partnerships with national and international organizations working in education, skill development, and social welfare for the benefit of members.
