Privacy Policy
VTWAHP collects only the information needed to establish membership, verify eligibility and deliver welfare services: name, contact details, service particulars, school or institution, payment references and documents uploaded in support of an application.
Data is stored on servers under the control of the State Office and is accessible only to authorised office bearers in the course of their duties. Member contact details are never sold, rented or shared with commercial third parties. Aggregate, non-identifying statistics may be published in annual reports.
Members may request correction of their record at any time from the member dashboard or by writing to vtwahp@gmail.com. Records of former members are retained for the statutory period required under the H.P. Societies Registration Act, 2006 and then destroyed.
